Multiple Reservations (Groups) Information
We do wish for family and friends to gather and enjoy being together here, Seven Acre Woods however is not the place for ‘typical’ partying or loud, late nights that can cause any disrupt to surroundings, people, or environment. We therefore now limit our Reservations as stated below which we find this ensures everyone enjoys their time and experience whilst being here!

APRIL - MAY - JUNE - JULY - AUGUST - SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER
During the months of April through to October inclusive, we limit and welcome a Multiple/Group Reservation of up to a maximum of 2 separate Cabins or Tents* at any same time
*i.e., 2 Cabins or 2 Tents (including Glamping) or 1 Cabin and 1 Tent (including Glamping)
NOVEMBER - DECEMBER - JANUARY - FEBRUARY - MARCH
During the months of November through to March inclusive, we welcome a Multiple/Group Reservation for more than 2 Cabins* at any same time
*i.e., up to 5 Cabins (Camping and Glamping season closed)
If you have a Group that wishes to exceed this, please do email us...
Please do not make Reservations out of these Terms as it will make it a very difficult situation for us all!
Booking Conditions

A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking

Final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival

Full amount is non refundable if you cancel within 14 days of arrival

Cabining Conditions

Reservations are open all year

A minimum 2 night stay is required (unless offered)

Check-In is from 15:00 until 20:00

Check-Out is before 11:00

Dogs are not permitted in The Pheasant Field
Glamping & Camping Conditions

Reservations open April-September inclusive

A minimum 1 night stay

A maximum of 2 adults per tent

Camping Check-In is from 13:00 until 20:00

Cabining Check-In is from 15:00 until 20:00

Check-Out is before 11:00

Dogs are not permitted in The Mole Hill

We do have some rules and procedures that need to be followed during your stay to ensure we all have a wonderful time and are kept safe at the same time and have listed below just a few:
