A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking

We do have rules that need to be followed to ensure all have a wonderful time and kept safe... below are a few:

Not a place for ‘typical’ partying or loud, late nights

We respect and follow quiet times from 22:00-08:00

GROUP BOOKING POLICY
Group bookings from April to September are limited to a maximum 4 adults
This applies to units booked for the same dates, regardless of whether in one or multiple reservations - your group can consist of up to a maximum of 4 adults only which may include cabins, glamping or camping options
Here at Seven Acre Woods, we do wish for family and friends to gather and enjoy being together here and your experience is paramount so we take pride in providing an enjoyable experience for all our guests at our small, friendly and family run site which is why our Group Booking Policy of a maximum 4 adults works really well for all and really does ensure everyone enjoys their time and memories!
Along with a no music policy, we hope to have created the perfect atmosphere for all our families, couples, children and solo guests with the sounds of nature and those enjoying the outdoors, we hope to welcome you here to experience!
If you wanted to book more than 4 adults, then you can do so during the months of October through to March, inclusive, where our Group Booking Policy is flexible!
Our Cabins and facilities are for the exclusive use of Cabiners and any Glampers/Campers in the Group are not to congregate in or around the Cabins/fire-pit as these are unique for our Cabiner guests only, but Cabiners are welcome to gather in The Field with those Glamping/Camping!
If prior to your arrival we understand your Reservation(s) exceeds our Group Booking Policy, we have the right the cancel your Reservation(s) and any refund will be in accordance with our Terms & Conditions
If on your arrival we find your Reservation(s) exceeds our Group Booking Policy then we have the right to refuse your stay without refund
We live and work onsite at Seven Acre Woods... some 'work from home' but we 'home from work'!
