A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking

Final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival

Full amount is non refundable if you cancel within 14 days of arrival

Please note our Group Booking Policy (Apr-Sep inc) of 2 Units* max

A £5 booking fee will be applied to all Bookings not made online i.e. over the phone or email

Check-In is from 15:00 until 20:00

We do have rules that need to be followed to ensure all have a wonderful time and kept safe... below are a few:

Not a place for ‘typical’ partying or loud, late nights

No music
-
We respect and follow quiet times from 22:00-08:00

Dogs to be kept on a lead and not left onsite alone

GROUP BOOKING POLICY
We do not allow group bookings of more than 2 families/friendship group at any time - this applies to all Cabining, Glamping & Camping
During months of April to September, our Group Booking Policy is NO MORE than 2 Units*
i.e yourselves + 1 other 'family/friendship group' booked for same dates in up to 2 Units*... whether Cabins, Glamping or Camping and whether booked separately or in 1 Reservation
Here at Seven Acre Woods, we do wish for family and friends to gather and enjoy being together here, however being a small site we find limiting Group Bookings to 2 Units* (during April to September, inclusive) really ensures everyone enjoys their time and memories!
If you wanted to book more than 2 Units*, then you can do so during the months of October through to March, inclusive, where our Group Booking Policy is flexible!
We are often asked...
"We are more than 2 families so can we therefore book more than 2 Units* i.e. more than 2 Cabins/Tents/Glamping Tents or Huts individually then?"
No. Even booking individually (whether online, via email or over the telephone) of course still overrules our Group Booking Policy so would naturally defeat the objective.
We take pride in providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests at our small, friendly and family run site which is why our Group Booking Policy works really well for all - and with a no music policy, we hope to have created the perfect atmosphere for all our families, couples, children and solo guests! Along with a No Music Policy, the sounds of nature and those enjoying the outdoors, we hope to welcome you here to experience!
Our Cabins and facilities are for the exclusive use of Cabiners and any Glampers/Campers in the 'Group of 2 'are not to congregate in or around the Cabins/firepit as these are unique for our Cabiner guests only, but Cabiners are welcome to gather in The Field with those Glamping/Camping!
(Please do not make Reservations out of these Terms as it will make it a very difficult situation for us all , so do email us if you have a Reservation that exceeds our policy)
