From the M25

1. Use the 2nd from the right lane to continue on M25

2. Exit onto A21 towards Sevenoaks/Hastings

3. Continue onto Hastings Road/Pembury Bypass/A21

4. At Kippings Cross Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A21

5. At Forstal Farm Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Lamberhurst Bypass/A21

6. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A21

7. At Northbridge Street Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Robertsbridge Bypass/A21

8. At John's Cross Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Vinehall Road/A21

9. Just before Blackbrooks Garden Centre, turn left towards Sedlescombe onto Tollgate Road/B2244

10. Continue over bridge into the Village and turn right towards The Queens Head onto Brede Lane

11. Please now drive carefully along the country lanes, they can be narrow and in the warmer months the hedgerow can sometimes restrict your view of cars, tractors, horses and ramblers on the lanes and the cooler months, the roads can be slippery of mud, ice or leaves

12. Continue along Brede Lane, turning left onto Reservoir Lane, signposted 'Broad Oak'

13. Continue along Reservoir Lane, bearing right down the hill

14. Continue along Reservoir Lane, passing cottage on left

15. Take next left into signposted 'Seven Acre Woods'

16. Keep to the left path passing the 'Southern Water' sign and turn left into our car park

17. Please park in your allocated parking space
